These terms and conditions apply to the LED Scroll Display app (the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Radappslab (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided "AS IS".
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of the Application or any part of it is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may modify the Application or introduce paid features at any time. Any charges for paid features will be clearly communicated to you before you decide to purchase.
The Application may store or process technical data necessary to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which can compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application may use third-party services depending on platform and app version, including Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, AdMob, Apple services, Google Play Billing, App Store in-app purchases, and RevenueCat. Service availability may vary by platform and app version. The initial iOS version does not use native AdMob or native Firebase Analytics.
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not functioning at full capacity due to lack of connectivity or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi‑Fi area, your mobile provider’s terms still apply. You are responsible for any data charges, including roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. The Service Provider is not responsible if you cannot access the Application due to a drained battery.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third parties to provide certain services. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the Application.
The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time. Requirements for operating systems may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee continued availability or compatibility. If the Application is discontinued, your rights under these Terms end and you must stop using and uninstall it.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
